Motor vehicle policy: sponsoring department responsibility and oversight

Sponsoring departments shall appoint a representative who will be responsible for maintaining a list of their authorized 司机s and work with Risk Management to ensure compliance with the motor vehicle policy and its training requirements. In addition, it is recommended that department supervisors meet annually with each of their approved 司机s to review the motor vehicle policy, their responsibilities and safe driving. 

Departments will be held responsible should an accident occur involving an unauthorized 司机.
